We'll meet in the showroom and discuss everything from home sites, future planning the land, the exterior and interior wants and needs for your home, and finally the budget. Any inspiration photos, sketches, and images will help us understand your vision for your home.

Now that we understand your vision, we will begin conceptualizing and designing your home. You will work with an Architect, whether ours or your own, to drawing up the plans for your home. Details regarding the exterior and structural interior elements are discussed, and a preliminary estimate is established. At this phase, a Contract Agreement is discussed and signed.

The fun really begins as we fine-tune your home plans through our Selections Phase. As we dive into Selections, we will discuss the exterior and interior of your home, picking various finishes like Siding style and color, Cabinet styles and colors, Flooring, and so much more. It is an exciting and overwhelming process, rest assured we'll

We start by excavating and pouring the foundation. From there, your house will really start to take shape. You are always welcome at your custom home site, come walk through and see the progress as your house unfolds. During this phase, your Project Manager will schedule construction walks with you and your Designer to ensure your vision comes to life.

The time it takes to complete your project will depend on the size and complexity, and before you know it, you will have keys to your new home. Following the closing of your home, we will be checking in with you to address any issues typically found post-construction.
